Visiting Assistant Professor



In my research and teaching I focus on Holocaust and genocide studies, modern Europe, and gender studies. I have performed research through fellowships with the United States Holocaust Memorial Museumthe Claims Conference, the Auschwitz Jewish Center, and Northwestern University's Holocaust Educational Foundation Summer Institute. I studied human rights at the London School of Economics and Political Science and NYU, and held a position within the United Nations Department of Political Affairs where I was responsible for research regarding human rights and genocide prevention. My current research analyzes the Jewish community of France before and during the Second World War.
