Below are some of the required department level Forms you'll need to complete and submit to the History office. Meeting with your advisor is an important part of the registration process for majors.
FORMS for History Majors:
- Advising Hold Removal form Use this form each term, meet with your advisor, and return the signed form to the History office in Maybank 204.
- Individual Enrollment form Use this form to register for Research Seminars-400's, Independent Studies-403, Tutorials-402, Senior papers-498, and Internships-496
